Dulce Patria

DULCE PATRIA PROUDLY POSSESSES THE HERITAGE OF MEXICAN URBAN CUSTOMS. ITS GASTRONOMIC CHARACTER IS FEMININE, SENSUAL AND FANCIFUL.

In this culinary experience, the festive character of Dulce Patria invites us to taste wonderful ceviches, tostadas, colorful stews, Mexican sodas, fresh fruit drinks crowned with flowers, decorative gelatins; desserts that are a mise-en-scène and represent the perfect balance between fantasy, creativity and flavor; delicious spiced breads served in that special dish ware created by Mexican artisans, made with porcelain and blue pewter that is as blue as the cosmos full of bright stars; wines that reflect the heyday of Mexican wine making.

Menus

LIFE TO GIVE AWAY BEAUTY

These represent the guiding thread of our collection of dishes:
Boards and canvases on which the lyrics and narratives of Mexico’s gastronomic greatness built our identity with brushstrokes of flavors of our culinary proposal.

Bright, sweet, salted and spicy creations seasoned with feminine
passion and strength that make up our collection of permanent dishes.

Special menus

FAIRY TALE FLAVORS

Our special menus are conceived as transitory
exhibitions of synergy, synaethesia and narrative.
We call them fairy tale flavors.

Their contents full of flavor, colors and words create a lyric
than can be tasted bite after bite of each of our dishes.

From among our narrative of flavors, the following, among others, stand out:

Bon Appetit

SOPHISTICATION IN MEXICAN GASTRONOMY LED BY CHEF MARTHA ORTIZ SINCE THE

IN LOVE WITH THE DUCK IN MOLE NEGRO AND THE CHILE EN NOGADA".

MARTHA’S PASSION FOR EACH DISH IS NURTURED BY A HIGH AESTHETIC SENSE, EMBODIED
IN EVERY DETAIL INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE PLATE. TALKING ABOUT COOKING WITH MARTHA
INCLUDES ALL HE SENSES AND THAT IS WHERE OUR OPINIONS CONVERGE, INVOLVING A
